Refunds and withdrawal

No pass guarantee

We do not promise that you will pass the exam, and we do not refund because of an exam result. Scores in the app are estimates.

You can withdraw within 14 days and get all your money back

You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of buying, for any reason, and get the full €39 (VAT included) back. At checkout you ask us to start your access at once, before the 14 days end. That does not take this right away. You lose it only once the service has been fully performed, which does not happen inside the 14 days.

When you withdraw, your access ends. Using the service before that costs you nothing. The daily limits on speaking practice apply during the 14 days as they do afterwards. If you withdraw and buy again within 90 days, the practice calls you already made count towards the limits of the new purchase, including on another account with the same email or after deleting your account. So the new purchase can include fewer calls, or none. Before you pay we show how many you will have, and if there are no speaking exam practice calls left we ask you to confirm. This does not apply after a refund for a fault or a goodwill refund.

What you tick at checkout

Before you pay, you tick this box. These are its exact words:

"Start my access now, before the 14 days for changing my mind end. I can still withdraw within 14 days of buying and get all my money back. I lose this right only once the service has been fully performed."

How to withdraw

We confirm by email with the date and time. The money goes back to the way you paid, through Mollie, within 14 days at the latest. Your bank can take a few days to show it.

• In the app: open Settings, press "Withdraw from contract here", then "Confirm withdrawal". The button is there for 14 days from your purchase.
• Or by email: write to pooya@esameb1.com with the email of your account, saying that you withdraw. If you have deleted your account, this is the way, and please add the order number from your receipt.

Model withdrawal form

You do not have to use this form. It is the official EU model form (Directive 2011/83/EU, Annex I(B)), with our details filled in. Complete and return it only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.

After the 14 days

We refund later if the service has a fault we cannot fix. The legal guarantee for digital services still applies. Any other refund is at our discretion. A buyer under 18 is refunded when we find out.
