What the service is

Esame B1 is a practice tool for adults. It prepares for the CILS B1 Cittadinanza, the Italian B1 language exam used for citizenship. It offers exercises, a writing coach, practice conversations, a speaking simulation and mock exams. The speaking partners are AI: an AI practice examiner, not an official examiner.

We are independent

Esame B1 is not connected with, approved by or endorsed by the Università per Stranieri di Siena, any exam centre, or the Italian authorities. Exam names are used only to say which exam you are preparing for. Our exercises are our own. We do not use official exam papers.

Scores are estimates, and nothing is promised

Scores and comments in the app are estimates made to help you practise. They are not official results. The pass mark for this exam is not confirmed by an official document that names this module, so we cannot tell you whether you will pass. We do not promise that you will pass, or any result. Always check the official exam information.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details private. You must be 18 or older, and you confirm this when you start using the service. If we find out that a buyer is under 18, we close the account and refund the payment. Tell us if you think someone else is using your account.

Price and payment

€39, VAT included, as one payment for 12 months of access. Access then ends by itself and nothing more is charged. Speaking practice has daily and total limits, shown before you pay. Payments are handled by Mollie. We send a receipt by email with these terms.

Your right to change your mind

Read the page about refunds and withdrawal. It is part of these terms.

Using the service fairly

  • Do not copy, resell or share the content or your access.
  • Do not try to break or overload the service.
  • Do not upload anything unlawful or that belongs to someone else.

Your content

What you write and say stays yours. You allow us to process it to give you feedback and to run the service, as the privacy policy explains.

Our responsibility

We try to keep the service working and the content correct, but the AI coach can make mistakes. We are not responsible for the result of your exam or for decisions you take because of our feedback. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law gives you as a consumer, or our responsibility where the law does not allow us to limit it.

Changes and ending

We may change the service or these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you. You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms.

Law and disputes

Dutch law applies, but you keep the mandatory protections of your country of residence and may sue there.

We have not joined any alternative dispute resolution body. If something goes wrong, write to us first.
